Archer Blood (1923-2004)-Nomination for an American “Bangladeshi Hero”. Archer K. Blood was no ordinary diplomat.  He was described as a “dissenting diplomat” (Holley, 2004).He was also described as a “true foreign service hero” (Kerr, 2004) and an “American hero” (Galloway, 2004).  To those of us of Bangladeshi origin, Archer Blood will forever be a “Bangladeshi hero.”  Details...
